Information you give us
When you call, email or use a website form, we may receive your name, contact details, postcode, photographs and information about your furniture. We use this to respond to your enquiry, prepare or discuss a quotation, arrange work and provide customer service.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and customer information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, records, legal obligations and the service provided.
Who receives it
We do not sell personal information. Details may be handled by service providers that support our email, website or business administration where necessary, subject to their own security and data-protection obligations.
Website data
Basic technical information may be processed by the website host for security and operation. When Google Analytics is enabled, it is kept off until you choose Allow analytics. With your permission, it may record page visits and interactions such as quotation requests, phone-link clicks and email-link clicks so we can improve the website. It is not configured for personalised advertising. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
If you have already allowed analytics and successfully send a quotation request, the website may set a random first-party correlation cookie for up to five minutes. It contains no contact or furniture details, is used once on the thank-you page to prevent reloads or copied links being counted as new enquiries, and is then deleted. It is not set when analytics permission has not been granted.
